Pancakes at the Pod On Monday 19th of February, Northern Ireland’s number one bakery brand, Kingsmill hopes to enter the Guinness Book of Records as they attempt to build the tallest ever pancake stack at the Odyssey Pavilion, Belfast. Kingsmill Marketing Executive Andrew Hollywood said: “In the run up to Pancake Tuesday, our bakery will be producing nearly 2 million pancakes per week. We are always ready for a challenge and now we can prove that we are as good at stacking pancakes as we are at baking them!” Cool FM DJ, Sonya Mac will take a break from making the records spin to come along to the Cool Pod and watch Kingsmill stack their pancakes in hope of building a record breaker!
